I spent almost 2 years with Konfidencia and visited many doctors there. Therefore, I decided to evaluate the clinic as an arithmetic average of individual evaluations.

1. Orthodontist Reznichenko A. С. Actually, it was thanks to her that I got acquainted with Confidencia, as I went to the clinic to align my teeth. She fulfilled my dream and did it perfectly, at the highest level! I give Anna Stanislavovna 5 out of 5.

2. Surgeon Drozdetsky N. A. In the course of orthodontic treatment I needed a tooth extraction and implant placement. My orthodontist recommended Nikita Alexandrovich. In order not to go to different clinics, I decided to be treated by him. The extraction surgery went perfectly, but there was an incident that I can't help but talk about, although I was ultimately satisfied with the result. During the operation, the surgeon placed a different implant than we had originally agreed on, a different company and at a different price, without informing me. The situation was resolved favorably for me in the form of a discount and the implant took root. But because of her, I have to reduce my evaluation of the surgeon's work to 3 out of 5.

3. Because of the situation with the surgeon, I had an opportunity to communicate with the management of the clinic, namely with the manager of the branch on Tchaikovsky. I rate the work of the management in this situation and in general at 5. It feels that much is done for patients in the clinics. Thank you!

4. Orthopedist Kalashnikova T. I. Tatiana Igorevna is a professional in her field. This is the specialist whom I will recommend at every opportunity. In addition to the highest professionalism, I would like to mention Tatiana Igorevna's personal qualities. At a chance meeting in the hallway during my visits to other doctors, Tatyana always (I emphasize, always) asked me how I was doing, how my tooth was, whether something was bothering me. Once in her free minute she offered me a quick examination of my tooth while I was waiting for another doctor's appointment. This is very telling, in my opinion. Special thanks to her assistant Dana. I believe he has a wonderful career as a doctor waiting for him. Naturally, 5 out of 5.

5. Therapist Kozlova AA Alexandra Andreevna did not treat my teeth, only whitened them. I liked it, 5 out of 5.

6. Hygiene. At the first meeting, the supervisor told me that the clinic is «obsessed» with hygiene and pays a lot of attention to it. In 2 years I was 200% convinced of this. I have never had better cleanings. All the hygienists have a big bow. I will definitely continue to go to Konfidencia for hygiene and recommend it to others. Naturally, 5 out of 5.

7. Mentor. My curator was Derbina M. The idea of curators is probably a good one, but I didn't figure it out. Marina and I did not have a fruitful interaction. Personally, it was easier for me to solve issues through the administrators. My subjective assessment of the curator's work is 3/5.

8. Administrators. I give a solid maximum score of 5 out of 5. The receptionist Sonia from the Lisa branch is a diamond in the rough at the clinic!

9. The branch on Lisa. Here, too, the maximum score, unequivocally. Style, thoughtfulness, technology, staff. All at the highest level. My assessment is an unambiguous 5 out of 5.

10. The branch on Tchaikovsky. During the whole period of treatment, only a couple of times did I see the doctor at the appointed time. The delays were always more than 10 minutes, about which, unfortunately, no one warned me or apologized. Once, after 40 minutes, I had to ask the receptionists myself if they had forgotten about me. After the first cases, I stopped planning anything immediately after the appointment, as I knew I would be delayed. For this reason, it didn't ruin my life and plans too much, so I give it a 4 out of 5.

My final assessment of the clinic is 4.5. In general, it reflects my overall impression of the clinic: everything is at a very high level, in line with the price, but there is room for growth.
