The results of the diagnostics revealed:
- Narrowing of the upper jaw, lower dentition
- Right crossbite
- Reverse cutter overlap

What was done
Expansion of the upper jaw
A fixed MARPE appliance with 2 miniscrews was used to expand the maxilla. A removable face mask was used to stimulate maxillary growth and improve the profile.
