Everything is at the highest level, price=quality, excellent team of specialists. Before that, I had a negative experience with orthodontists who offered to remove a retained canine and place an implant, as well as to remove fours or fives. I did not like the prospect of losing my teeth at all. In this regard, I turned to Dubovskaya Marina Anatolievna with the problem of bite, retained canine,  crowding of teeth  and lack of symmetry of the tooth row. From the first visit I liked the approach of Marina Anatolievna as an exceptional professional. A treatment plan was drawn up (all teeth were saved) and deadlines were set, which were followed month by month. Each visit was accompanied by quality team work and good mood. As a result, after 2 years: the retained canine has come into the tooth row, the tooth row has clearly fallen into the symmetry of the face, the correct bite has been formed, the quality of the teeth has been preserved. The treatment was unnoticeable and without negative elements. The result exceeded all expectations! I am very grateful to Marina Anatolievna, thank you.

I've been taken off brackets two weeks ago, and I can confidently say that the result Marina Anatolievna has brought me to is a fairy tale! I had unevenly growing teeth on my narrow lower jaw, which caused my gum to droop. A treatment plan was selected for me, thanks to which my lower teeth neatly fell into line and my gum was back in place! I look at myself in the mirror again and again and do not believe that all this is braces! Marina Anatolievna is a professional of high level, she is very attentive and delicate. She selects the treatment exactly for the patient and knows how to solve the most difficult situations. I was advised to turn to her by a colleague, and from the first appointment I realized that - yes, I am ready to fully trust and under her guidance the whole course of treatment, which in the end took 2 years. (I had consulted at other clinics before, but nowhere had I seen such a responsible approach as at Marina Anatolievna!) I really liked that all new changes were planned based on the current progress of treatment and that all my wishes were taken into account. My new smile is perfect and I am eternally grateful for it!

I underwent orthodontic treatment with Mikhail Sergeyevich Morozov. The doctor gave me a complete idea of the treatment already at the first consultation. In my case it was necessary to extract one tooth, as all the teeth did not have enough space, I agreed at once and did not regret it at all. The doctor said that the treatment would take 1.5-2 years. Brackets I had it removed after 1 year and 8 months. I am completely satisfied with the result. Throughout the treatment, the doctor was very attentive to every detail. It was a pleasure to visit the clinic "Confidenza". The clinic staff is very polite. If you are still thinking - to put braces or not, my advice is to definitely put. And fully trust the professionals in the field. I plan to continue treatment at the clinic "Konfidencia", as it is necessary to install a crown on the front dead tooth. Photo "before/after" attached. I would like to express my great appreciation and gratitude to Marina Anatolievna Dubovskaya for my son's orthodontic treatment, which lasted 2 years. We came to the clinic after endless wandering and treatment in other clinics, where for 3 years they could not help us. We had a rather rare case - a missing front tooth in the upper row, which created a huge complex for my son. As it turned out later, it was across the tooth row in the gum and no one during this time was able to see and provide appropriate help in other clinics. Marina Anatolievna, surgeon Kondratyeva Natalia Aleksandrovna brilliantly coped with this task, for which heartfelt thanks from our entire family!

My daughter had bilateral retention of the upper jaw canines. The orthodontists at other clinics refused to take on the treatment, so we came to the Konfidencia clinic and came to see Mikhail Sergeyevich. The doctor agreed to start treatment. Now the child is doing well! Only aesthetic issues remain! With a low bow to my favorite doctor! Mikhail Sergeyevich is the best!

I spent almost 2 years with Konfidencia and visited many doctors there. Therefore, I decided to evaluate the clinic as an arithmetic average of individual evaluations.

1. Orthodontist Reznichenko A. С. Actually, it was thanks to her that I got acquainted with Confidencia, as I went to the clinic to align my teeth. She fulfilled my dream and did it perfectly, at the highest level! I give Anna Stanislavovna 5 out of 5.

2. Surgeon Drozdetsky N. A. In the course of orthodontic treatment I needed a tooth extraction and implant placement. My orthodontist recommended Nikita Alexandrovich. In order not to go to different clinics, I decided to be treated by him. The extraction surgery went perfectly, but there was an incident that I can't help but talk about, although I was ultimately satisfied with the result. During the operation, the surgeon placed a different implant than we had originally agreed on, a different company and at a different price, without informing me. The situation was resolved favorably for me in the form of a discount and the implant took root. But because of her, I have to reduce my evaluation of the surgeon's work to 3 out of 5.

3. Because of the situation with the surgeon, I had an opportunity to communicate with the management of the clinic, namely with the manager of the branch on Tchaikovsky. I rate the work of the management in this situation and in general at 5. It feels that much is done for patients in the clinics. Thank you!

4. Orthopedist Kalashnikova T. I. Tatiana Igorevna is a professional in her field. This is the specialist whom I will recommend at every opportunity. In addition to the highest professionalism, I would like to mention Tatiana Igorevna's personal qualities. At a chance meeting in the hallway during my visits to other doctors, Tatyana always (I emphasize, always) asked me how I was doing, how my tooth was, whether something was bothering me. Once in her free minute she offered me a quick examination of my tooth while I was waiting for another doctor's appointment. This is very telling, in my opinion. Special thanks to her assistant Dana. I believe he has a wonderful career as a doctor waiting for him. Naturally, 5 out of 5.

5. Therapist Kozlova AA Alexandra Andreevna did not treat my teeth, only whitened them. I liked it, 5 out of 5.

6. Hygiene. At the first meeting, the supervisor told me that the clinic is «obsessed» with hygiene and pays a lot of attention to it. In 2 years I was 200% convinced of this. I have never had better cleanings. All the hygienists have a big bow. I will definitely continue to go to Konfidencia for hygiene and recommend it to others. Naturally, 5 out of 5.

7. Mentor. My curator was Derbina M. The idea of curators is probably a good one, but I didn't figure it out. Marina and I did not have a fruitful interaction. Personally, it was easier for me to solve issues through the administrators. My subjective assessment of the curator's work is 3/5.

8. Administrators. I give a solid maximum score of 5 out of 5. The receptionist Sonia from the Lisa branch is a diamond in the rough at the clinic!

9. The branch on Lisa. Here, too, the maximum score, unequivocally. Style, thoughtfulness, technology, staff. All at the highest level. My assessment is an unambiguous 5 out of 5.

10. The branch on Tchaikovsky. During the whole period of treatment, only a couple of times did I see the doctor at the appointed time. The delays were always more than 10 minutes, about which, unfortunately, no one warned me or apologized. Once, after 40 minutes, I had to ask the receptionists myself if they had forgotten about me. After the first cases, I stopped planning anything immediately after the appointment, as I knew I would be delayed. For this reason, it didn't ruin my life and plans too much, so I give it a 4 out of 5.

My final assessment of the clinic is 4.5. In general, it reflects my overall impression of the clinic: everything is at a very high level, in line with the price, but there is room for growth.

I learned about Marina Anatolievna from my colleague at work and without a doubt I realized that I wanted to go to this doctor! I met her for the first time in March 2021, and in April we already put a bracket system. Great atmosphere in the clinic, very friendly staff, without fear and pain we started treatment! Every activation visit the doctor told us in detail what was changing and what would happen next! And then before the New Year Marina Anatolievna achieved such results that the best gift was the removal of the bracket-system in just 8 months! I would like to thank from the bottom of my heart a wonderful doctor, professional, responsive and wonderful Marina Anatolievna and the whole team of the Konfidencia clinic!

It took me 6 long years to decide to get braces. :) During this time I had time to visit 4 different orthodontists (in different clinics) and from each of them I came out in doubts. Worries were about the same as everyone else, in addition, two of the orthodontists to whom I went to consultations, said that without removing two fours in my case is impossible. It was very frightening. And so in 20 years I came to Morozov for a consultation on the urgent advice of a friend, and 15 minutes later I was already signing up for scans and casts. :) Now it's been a year and 10 months - I have already taken off the braces (although the plan was 2 years), I didn't have to remove the quadruplets, and my smile is just Hollywood. ❤ I would probably never have made up my mind if it hadn't been for Mikhail Sergeyevich! He is simply the best in the business!
