The service is provided to the user for personal, non-commercial use.

The Service provides the User with a functional opportunity to apply to the doctors of the medical organization Konfidencia LLC (hereinafter referred to as Konfidencia) for information service on the following conditions:

Konfidencia is not responsible for the user's independent use of the results of the service and does not guarantee the correctness and security of the information service when this information is used as recommendations for treatment by third parties.

The User is hereby notified, understands and agrees that the information service is not a medical service and in no way replaces medical service and application to a medical organization for medical care.

A completed form is a form with all questions answered and with photos at least 1 mb in size, not blurred and clearly visible dentition.

Konfidencia has the right to provide the service to the user at its discretion in written or oral form.

Konfidencia has the right to refuse to provide the service to the user without notification and explanation, including questions requiring prognosis (prognosis is impossible in absentia and without examination data), questions about treatment with folk remedies (we work only with evidence-based medicine), requests to comment on the prescriptions of another doctor (contrary to medical ethics), questions addressed to doctors of several specialties at the same time (the information provided is insufficient for this purpose).

The user consents to the processing of the user's personal information, as this term is defined in the Privacy Policy for the purposes of providing the functionality of the company, to the transfer of personal information by the company and its authorized representatives for further processing of such information in order to provide the user with the functionality of information services..

Processing of the user's personal information, as well as other information uploaded and provided by the user through the service, is carried out under the terms of the Privacy Policy posted on the Internet at https://konfidencia.ru/about/politika-konfidencialnosti/. The provisions of this clause regarding the processing of personal and other information of the user apply to materials and information received by the user in the process of using the service and its functions.

The User consents to the use of photographic materials (photos of the face) for scientific purposes, for the purpose of training doctors, for use in informational and other materials of Confidence, aimed at increasing public awareness of orthodontic technologies.

The User is hereby notified, understands and agrees that when using the Service for the purpose of providing the user with the functionality of the Service, the following information is automatically transmitted anonymously (without linking to the user): type of operating system of the user's device, browser version and identifier, statistics on the use of the Service functions, device location data (if applicable), as well as other technical information.

By using the service, the user agrees to receive information messages. The user has the right to refuse to receive information messages by contacting the following address marketing@konfidemcia.ru.

Konfidencia is not responsible for the correctness of data input by the user when using the Service and the consequences of such actions of the user, for the content, correctness and/or relevance of the information, as well as for losses caused to the user as a result of the provision of such information and obtaining information services by the user from third parties.
