The patient presented with complaints of uneven teeth.
The results of the diagnostics revealed:
- tubercle class 2 canines and molars on the right side, full class 2 canines, tubercle class 2 molars on the right side
- Multiple recessions
- Overcrowding
What was done
Performed gingival recession plasty on the mandible prior to orthodontic treatment.

The correction of the distal bite was performed with Damon Clear+Q2 braces. To create a space, a premolar on the upper jaw was removed on the left side. On the right side, distalization with microimplant support was performed.
Treatment period — 2 years.

Ceramic crowns have been installed on the upper and lower rows of teeth to restore tooth function and correct closure.
