Created an aesthetically pleasing smile and a functional bite when several teeth are missing.
Patient request

- Missing incisors (12,22), premolars (14,24) and molars (16,26) on the upper dentition
- Missing premolars (35,45) and molars (46,47) on the lower dentition
- A baby tooth in area 35

What was done
The bite was corrected using a Damon Clear ceramic bracket system. Temporary restorations were used in the area of the missing front teeth for the period of orthodontic treatment. In addition, a micro-implant was used.
The period of orthodontic treatment — 3 years 5 months.

Implants were installed on the upper jaw in the area of incisors (12,22) and premolars (14,24) on the upper jaw.
Performed bone regeneration surgery prior to implant placement on the mandible because bone volume did not allow for implantation.
The implants were placed according to the surgical template exactly in the position in which they had been planned in advance by the orthopedic surgeon on the virtual model.

On the upper dentition, ceramic crowns and veneers of author's aesthetics were placed on 10 front teeth.
On the lower row, crowns of increased aesthetics and complexity were placed on implants in place of tooth 45,46,47 and 35.
