The patient presented with complaints about the aesthetics of the smile.
The results of the diagnostics revealed:
- severe crowding
- an incisor (1.2) on the upper tooth row was removed in childhood
- midline shift
- retrusion of upper and lower incisors
What was done
Orthodontic treatment
Damon Q metal braces were fitted. During treatment, teeth were extracted to create space: 2.5, 3.4, 4.4. A canine was moved to replace the missing incisor.
