Treating doctors
Patient request
The patient came in with complaints of uneven teeth and malocclusion.
The results of the diagnostics revealed:
- A pronounced deficit of space on the upper and lower jaws
- Crossbite in the lateral aspect on the right side
- Cross correlation in the region of the lower canine on the right side
- Narrowing of the dentition
- Missing tooth 46
What was done
Stage 1: Orthodontic treatment, Damon Q braces
Corrected the bite and prepared for implantation of a chewing tooth. In the course of treatment, springs were used to create a space on the lower tooth row and a micro-implant for distalization.

Step 2: Placement of the implant
Placed an implant in place of a missing tooth on a lower tooth row.

Step 3: Placement of the crown
A ceramic crown was placed on the implant in place of the tooth 46.
