Is it possible to eat immediately after installing braces?

Yes, you can eat right away after braces because the first pulling discomfort occurs after a few hours or the next day.
The only limitation is if there are separating overlays placed during the braces fixation process. Some overlays are made of materials that need time (usually up to 1 hour) to fully set. And, of course, you should follow menu restrictions and avoid hard and sticky foods immediately after fitting.
