What can be substituted for wax for braces?

Unfortunately, there are no analogues of orthodontic wax at home.

Wax can be purchased at a pharmacy, or contact the clinic administrators. For temporary use, it is possible to apply a cotton pad or ordinary cotton wool, isolating the area of the injured mucosa with them. It is also recommended to use various dental adhesive pastes (Asepta, Solcoseryl), which promote healing and local anesthesia.
