To choose payment for the goods by bank card on the corresponding page of the site you should press the button «Payment by bank card».

Payment is made through the authorisation server of the Bank's Processing Centre using Bank credit cards of the following payment systems:

• MasterCard World Wide

Description of the data transfer process

To pay for your purchase, you will be redirected to the payment gateway of Sberbank of Russia PJSC to enter your card details. Please prepare your plastic card in advance. Connection to the payment gateway and transfer of information is carried out in a secure mode using the SSL encryption protocol.

If your bank supports Verified By Visa or MasterCard Secure Code technology, you may also need to enter a special password to make a payment. You can clarify the ways and possibility of obtaining passwords for Internet payments in the bank that issued the card.

This website supports 256-bit encryption. Confidentiality of the personal information provided is ensured by Sberbank of Russia PJSC. The entered information will not be provided to third parties except for cases stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Bank card payments are made in strict compliance with the requirements of the Visa Int. and MasterCard Europe Sprl payment systems.

Description of the payment process

If you choose the form of payment by plastic card, the payment for the order is made immediately after its registration. After completion of order placement in our shop, you will have to click on the button «Payment by bank card» at that the system will switch you to the page of the authorisation server, where you will be offered to enter the data of the plastic card, initiate its authorisation, and then return to our shop by the button "Return to shop". After you return to our shop, the system will notify you of the authorisation results. In case of authorisation confirmation, your order will be automatically fulfilled according to the conditions you have set. In case of card authorisation failure, you will be able to repeat the payment procedure.

When cancelling an order

In case of cancellation of items from the paid order (or in case of cancellation of the whole order) you can order another product for this amount, or return the whole amount to the card by writing a letter to e-mail in advance.

DELIVERY

Delivery is made on the 1-2nd day from the moment the money is credited to our account. The goods are delivered on working days from 10-00 to 18-00. When receiving the goods, the representative of a legal entity must have a power of attorney with a stamp from the paying company or the stamp itself.

Private buyers must present a receipt with a Sberbank payment stamp or passport of the cardholder, if payment is made by bank card, to receive the goods.

WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS

Warranty service of the equipment during the whole warranty period is provided by authorised service centres of the respective manufacturers. Addresses of service centres can be found on the corresponding page of our website. An obligatory condition for warranty repair is the presence of a warranty card, which must contain the name of the product, warranty period, date of sale and serial number of the device.

Payment by bank cards is made after the order is checked by the online shop manager.

Payment by VISA bank cards

All types of VISA payment cards are accepted, except for Visa Electron. In most cases Visa Electron card is not applicable for online payments, except for cards issued by certain banks. You should check with your card issuing bank about the possibility of payment with Visa Electron card.

Payment by MasterCard credit cards

The site accepts all types of MasterCard for payment.

What you need to know:

1. your credit card number;
2. the expiry date of your credit card, month/year;
3. CVV code for Visa cards / CVC code for Master Card: 3 last digits on the signature strip on the back of the card.

If your card does not have a CVC / CVV code, the card may not be suitable for CNP transactions (i.e. transactions where the card itself is not present, but its details are used) and you should contact your bank for details.

ORDER PAYMENT VIA SBERBANK

Payment for orders via SBERBANK is carried out after checking the order by the manager of the online store. To pay for an order, you need to print a payment receipt from the store's website. We warn you that SBERBANK charges a fee for the payment service.

If the Bank-Issuer of your plastic card supports Verified By VISA or MasterCard SecureCode technology of secure Internet payments, be ready to specify a special password required for successful payment. You can clarify the ways and possibility of obtaining a password for making an Internet payment in the bank that issued your card.

If you choose the form of payment by bank card, the payment for the order is made immediately after confirmation of the order by the manager. After the manager confirms the order, you will have to enter the personal cabinet of your order (by the 20-digit unique order number received when placing the order) and click on the button «Payment by bank card» the system will take you to the page of the authorization server of Sberbank, where you will be asked to enter the data of the plastic card, initiate its authorization, after which you can return to our store by clicking on the button "Return to the store". After returning to our store, the system will notify you of the authorization results.

Your order will be on hold until you receive a successful payment confirmation, after five days of waiting to receive payment your order will be automatically canceled. After successful payment confirmation your order will be transferred to the mode of delivery to the specified address. In case of card authorization failure you will be able to repeat the payment procedure.

Sberbank takes 20 minutes to process a payment, so please prepare your plastic card in advance. If you do not have enough time for payment or in case of refusal to authorize your card, you will be able to repeat the payment procedure.

Canceling an order

When removing items from a paid order or canceling the entire order, you can order another item for the same amount or refund the entire amount to your card with the help of your manager.

Private buyers to receive the goods must show the passport of the owner of the plastic card, which was used to pay for the order.
